Privacy policy

This page explains what data about you lampert.sk processes, why and for how long. I collect as little as possible.

  1. Who processes your data

    The website lampert.sk is operated by Erik Lampert.

    For any question about your data, email me at erik@lampert.sk.

  2. Contact form and email

    When you send me a message through the form or by email, I process:

    • your name
    • your email address
    • your company or website, if you provide it
    • the text of your message and anything you write in it

    I use this only to reply to you and prepare a quote. I will never send you advertising based on it.

    Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

    If we do not start working together, I delete the message no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do, I keep the data needed for the contract and invoices for as long as the law requires.

    Form messages are delivered by SimplyForms, a Czech service (Adam Todt, company ID 19197438) with servers in the European Union. It only forwards the message to my email and does not store it.

  3. Hosting and mailbox

    The website and the erik@lampert.sk mailbox are hosted by the Slovak company WebSupport s.r.o. The server writes a technical log of each visit, such as the IP address and time. It is used for security and troubleshooting.

    Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the website securely, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  4. Cookies

    The website uses no cookies and stores nothing else in your browser.

  5. Who I share data with

    I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Only the services listed above have access to it, and only as far as they need to do their job.

  6. Your rights

    At any time you have the right to:

    • know what data I hold about you and get a copy
    • ask me to correct inaccurate data
    • ask me to delete it
    • restrict or object to its processing
    • transfer it to another controller

    Just email erik@lampert.sk. I will reply within one month at the latest.

    If you feel your data is not being handled properly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

  7. Changes

    When something changes, for example a new service is added, I update this text. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
